I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the therapy room. Many years ago, mental health treatment saved me until I gained the tools and restoration that gave me strength to have a role in saving myself too. While pain and struggles are often beyond our control, choosing to heal and pursue a meaningful life is within our reach and is certainly worthwhile. I learned my struggles were not a life sentence and healing and full recovery are possible.

It is an incredible honor to get to walk with clients every day as they, too, find wholeness. The care I have received from mental health providers helped me off the ground and out of the muck. For them, I am forever grateful. And now, I am forever grateful to get to walk with my clients today and witness their healing.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working across all levels of care, from residential treatment to outpatient therapy. My experience includes working in a residential treatment center for those with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders, working in a program designed for sexual abuse survivors and individuals who were the victim of a crime, as well as individual psychotherapy in a group therapy practice. I am passionate about guiding clients toward more fulfilling and authentic lives. I genuinely love what I do.

Outside of sessions, I’m spending time with my family, exploring outdoors and hiking, or reading a novel with a warm mug of coffee. I feel most at peace when I’m in nature. It’s my sanctuary. I love being a mom and getting to experience life through my child’s eyes. I’m so glad you’re here and I can’t wait to meet you!
